    A Distribution of shareholders’ dividends is determined in the shareholders’ meeting. The record date of the distribution shall be made by the Board of Directors after approval by Financial Supervisory Commission. It shall be distributed within thirty days of approval of capital change by the competent authority. Shareholders holding shares on the base date shall have dividends.
